On Thursday, December 29, Winter Fest will close at 6pm and re-open at 6:30pm for the First Annual Winter Jam with Night Storm! Night Storm is a unique, high energy dance club experience designed for high school students.

Night Storm Rules of Conduct

• Have Fun
• No Alcohol
• No Drugs
• No Outside Food or Drink
• No Sitting on Dance Platforms
• No Fighting
• No Tobacco Use
• No Bandanas or Sweatbands (including any material typically worn in a fashion gang related style)
• No Jersey's Sports or Team Affiliated Clothing
• No Baseball Caps (or other headgear)
• No Bracelets, Anklets and or Items Hanging out of Pocket
• No Weapons

Anything deemed as an object for use in harming another, temporarily or permanently is strictly prohibited. Examples include (but are not limited to) pocket knives, pepper spray, chains on wallets, spiked jewelry

Rules of Conduct and Dress Code
will be strictly enforced!

Security has the last word
on all decisions!

Anyone asked to leave will not be readmitted

for any reason and will not be issued a refund!

Parents

Night Storm operates and enforces its rules much like a school would operate its own dances. Night Storm does not allow or tolerate the following:

• Loitering in the parking lot
• Fighting,
• Drinking Alcohol
• Smoking
• Drugs
• Weapons
• Bandanas
• Knit Caps
• Any type of Gang Apparel

No person, once in the event, may exit and re-enter the event

Junior high school students or individuals not currently in high school will not be admitted

We expect all persons attending to “check bad attitudes” at the door

How Are Rules Enforced

Night Storm has set up unique security measures to enforce all rules of conduct. We have Garrett metal detectors at the door (like the ones law enforcement use) to ensure that all persons entering do not have any type of weapons on them. 

Scanning is mandatory of patrons and is done as a precaution for everyone. A trained security team of 8 to 10 individuals (usually including off-duty police officers) dedicated to enforce all of our policies as indicated above are on duty at all times. Individuals patrol both the inside and outside of the premises. These individuals are equipped with state-of-the-art two-way Motorola headset radios to ensure that they are extremely effective with crowd control. As always, we set a tone in the beginning for the “bad element” that we mean business when it comes to enforcing our rules. Any person who does not comply with our rules is not welcome. We want the chemical-free, well-behaved students to come and have a great time in a safe and secure environment where they can be themselves. We welcome any parent/teacher to come out and observe.

What ages can attend?

     All high school age students between the ages of 14 and 19 with a student ID are welcome to attend.

Do I need to bring identification?

     Yes. Students will not be allowed entrance without a ticket AND a student ID.

What forms of identification are acceptable?

     Winter Fest will accept a state issued ID such as a driver’s license, student ID which shows the year, birth certificate, yearbook with picture, grade level and year

Is there a dress code?

     Yes. Please review the dress code rules above. Dress code rules will be strictly enforced

Tickets to Winter Jam with Night Storm must be purchased online by December 28.

No one will be admitted without a ticket and ID.

Anyone disobeying the rules will be removed from the premise, will not be allowed re-entry and will not be issued a refund.
