1) HOW TO ENTER: To be entered into the “Winter Fest: Name our Mascot Challenge” you must enter via online at www.milwaukeewinterfest.com or you must mail in your entry.   Full name, address, city, state or province, ZIP or postal code, phone number, e-mail address, age and suggestion for Mascot Name are required for entry to be considered.   Those who wish to enter via mail must complete the same information and send to 9224 W. Burleigh St., Milwaukee, WI 53222. Entrants must be 18 to enter. Limit one entry per person using either the online method or the mail-in method. Only eligible entries with all required information will be included in the naming committee’s selection process. All information collected from the Winter Fest: Name our Mascot Challenge is confidential and will not be distributed or sold. 

2) ENTRY PERIOD AND PRIZE: Winter Fest: Name our Mascot Challenge begins on Friday, April 1, 2024 at 8:00am CST and runs through Thursday, December 1, 2023 11:59pm CST.  Entries will NOT be accepted after contest is closed. Winner will receive A Frontier Airlines Fly Bucks Gift Card*.  No substitution or transfer of prize is permitted.

3) PRIZE DRAWING: A winner will be selected by City Events LLC, on Friday, December 2, 2011.  Only eligible entries will be considered in the selection process.  In the event that the name chosen has been submitted by more than one individual, a blind drawing including only the entries with the chosen name will determine the winner.  If City Events LLC is unable to contact the winner by phone, mail, or e-mail, or if the winner fails to respond to the prize notification within 14 days of issuance of notification or if the winner fails to comply with any of the requirements, prize will be forfeited and City Events LLC may select an alternate winner. By acceptance of prize, winner consent’s to the use of their name, in any and all media, including online announcements, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Allow 2-3 weeks after verification of winner status for the receipt of prize by mail.
