There are many ways you can get involved at Milwaukee Winter Fest. We have several great volunteer and fundraising opportunities.
Note: All workers must be 16 years of age or older.
Volunteer Opportunities
It's the time, talent and energy of our volunteers that help bring Winter Fest to life. In addition to getting a behind-the-scenes look at Winter Fest, our volunteers can earn class credit or community service hours. We will also donate Winter Fest tickets to a local charity for every volunteer that dedicates their time.
We are currently looking for volunteers that are available to work during the following days and times:
December 10-15 | 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. |
December 11 Operation MOVE | 6 a.m. - 3 p.m. |
December 16 | 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. |
December 26-30 | 9:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. |
December 31 | 9:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. |
January 2-3 | 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. |

Fundraising Opportunities
Winter Fest wants to help high school clubs, church and civic organizations, athletic teams and charities make money over the holidays. Individuals that work at Winter Fest can earn $7.25 per hour and the money is paid directly to the group of your choice. Open positions include event set up and tear down, ticket taking, team leads, sale items, safety & security and rides & activities. We have opportunities available on the following dates:
